What is our return policy?
We stand behind the quality of our product and hope that you are content with your purchases. However, we understand that sometimes things happen. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please do not hesitate to return your merchandise. Merchandise must be purchased from GoFishingCheap.com to qualify for a return. Returns will be accepted within THIRTY (30) days from the date of purchase.
Return item(s) for a refund
In order to return an item or items for a refund, it must have been purchased from GoFishingCheap.com and the return must be initiated within THIRTY (30) days from the date of purchase. To initiate the return, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. To help expedite matters, please have the name of the order and the order number ready and available. We will refund the original method of payment once we actually receive the returned item(s). We ask that you allow at least one billing cycle for credit card returns to appear on your statement. Typically, returns are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
Exchanging items for something different
If you simply need to exchange an item purchased from GoFishingCheap.com, please contact customer service via email at email@example.com and simply request an exchange. Our team will be please to assist you in this process. Once you have completed this step, simply ship the item(s) to be exchanged back to us with the original packing slip. Once the original item is received, we will ship the exchanged item directly back to you. Typically, exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
Sending us your return/exchange
Upon contacting customer service and receiving your return authorization form, you will need to print the form. This form provides us with the necessary details to expedite your return. Place this form inside the box or package with the item(s) you are returning. In your original order, you should have received a mailing label from the original packing slip which was to be used to initiate returns. If you do not have this original mailing label, we ask that you use a required service such as FedEx or UPS to send us the return. If you use USPS, we cannot guarantee the safe and secure delivery of your package.
What if this was a gift?
If the item(s) you are returning was a gift, or you happen to have lost the original order number, please contact our customer service team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you in tracking down the required information. If you ordered the item(s) yourself, you can obtain the needed information by logging into your online account.
What if my item was damaged on arrival?
If your item arrived damaged, you must contact our customer service team via email at email@example.com within 3 business days of delivery of the item. This insures that we can work quickly to correct the problem. Our customer service team will ask you a variety of questions about the damages, and will send you a shipping label so you can ship the damaged item(s) back to us at our cost. Upon receipt, we will either refund your purchase or send you a replacement item(s). Typically, returns are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
How long does it take to receive credit?
As stated above, it usually takes between 7-10 business days for us to process a return upon receipt by our team. Once we process the return, we ask that you allow at least one billing cycle for any credit card refund to appear on your account.
